PVDLive presents Roots and Rhythm, an evening of music and dance on a rescheduled date. Orlando Hernández and Leland Baker present two sets of music that highlight African diasporic traditions through the lens of American culture. They will pay tribute and celebrate artists such as Thelonious Monk, Charlie Parker, Duke Ellington, Art Blakey and John Coltrane to name just a few.
