Sustainability: Solar panels offset our facility's energy usage, while spent grains from our production process go to a local farm to feed pigs and cows.

Production Method: Hand-crafted from scratch over two-month long process using 100% organic, regeneratively-grown NY-state corn. We cook, mash, ferment and distill at our facility in small batches. When a number of these small batches are ready, we combine them for a further round of distillation before beginning our filtration and slow-proofing process. Distilled to exquisite taste, charcoal-filtered over 20 times.
