Ingredients: Organic Corn, New-England-Mined, Full-Moon-Charged Quartz. 750ml, 30% ABV

Tasting Notes: Naturally flavored by distillation through quartz. Aromas of candied lemon. Medium-light in body, with a soft, warming mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla and citrus peel on the palate, with a gentle, clean finish great for mixing. Boasts the body and richness of a higher ABV spirit.

Why Crystals? Our products are inspired by our sense of place and a desire to create something special, category-defining and unique. Quartz, the most abundant mineral on the earth’s surface, is a silicon-dioxide-rich stone known for its ability to absorb, store, and regulate the release of energy. With Gemma, we are leaning into the geological aspects of our specific terroir to create a superiorly smooth, easy-drinking spirit perfect for a lighter, brighter drinking experience.

Production Method: We start with our handmade organic corn neutral spirit, and run a distillation using full-moon charged, locally-sourced crystals like a botanical element. In addition to naturally flavoring the spirit, the quartz increases surface area to create additional reflux in the still in order to ensure that only the purest molecules continue on through their journey to become this beautiful, balanced spirit. Gemma is then slowly proofed down to the molecular weight of quartz, 60.0183 or about 30% alcohol.
