LIMITED EDITION!! DISTILLERY ONLY! A bold and unique riff on Aquavit (a caraway-centric, celebratory Scandinavian spirit) made to capture the essence of an Everything Bagel!

Ingredients: Organic wheat, custom spices from Ocean State Pepper Company, salt. 40% Alcohol by Volume, 375 ML.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of warm, toasty sesame and hints of roasted garlic set the stage, underscored by subtle notes of celery and onion. The palate opens to a savory medley of bagel spices, balanced by the brightness of lemon zest and a delicate nuttiness, followed by a smooth, savory finish.

Cocktails: Sip it over a cube with a dash of tomato water, throw it in a Bloody Mary, try it in a simple spritz with sweetened lemon juice topped with sparkling water or tonic. Or blend with Campari, Elderflower liqueur and a dash of orange bitters for a beautifully balanced yet slightly floral take!

Production Method: This spirit’s bagel-y character comes from an organic wheat base, into which we layer the comforting and familiar spices of onions, garlic and poppy seed plus a hint of citrus for brightness and heaps of caraway via a custom spice blend we worked alongside The Ocean State Pepper Company to create specifically for this product. Packaged in adorable 375ml bottles for easy toting to a brunch or cocktail hour near you!
